陈明

 陈明副研究员主要从事基于半导体材料的光电器件(包括X射线源/探测器,发光二极管,激光器等)、传感器(柔性压力、气体、PH等传感器)及热界面传导的研究。国际上首次开发了一种简便高效的大规模生产
二维半导体材料及石墨烯纳米带阵列的方法,探索了在大拉伸变形下剪滞模型的适用性。此外,制备了高性能半导体X射线源(Cu2S NWs X射线源,寿命优于CNT X射线源一个量级)、X射线探测器(实现了硅基集成
高分辨率高灵敏度X射线探测器)以及高灵敏、宽线性范围压力传感器,相关研究被新华网等新闻媒体报道。以第一作者或通讯作者在材料类期刊包括Cell姊妹刊Matter,ACS Nano, Nano Energy, ACS Applied 
materials & Interfaces及光电类期刊Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Optics Express等国际杂志上发表文章30余篇,申请发明专利30余项,撰写《Advanced Fiber Sensing Technologies》书籍一个章节,作为
Journal of Semiconductors,ACS Applied Materials& Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry C等杂志的审稿人。近两年作为项目负责人承担国家自然基金委、深圳市基础研究布局及横向项目共4项。
